Whether conditioning gas prior to an ESP or humidifying gas to increase the reactivity of dry lime injection, we have a solution that will achieve the desired results. Our proprietary MicroMist nozzles are installed in arrays of multiple nozzle lances allowing us to cover the entire cross section of a duct. When combined with our valve rack/pump set equipped with either a PLC or our proprietary control logic programmed into a customer’s DCS, we can control the outlet temperature and humidity of the gas to a desired setpoint.
